Therapy for Anxious High- Achieving

Young Adults in NYC

Let’s Check In Psychotherapy is an insight-oriented therapy practice based in NYC specializing in anxiety, insecure attachment, and the emotional challenges high-achieving young adults face in their relationships, work, and inner lives.

I offer sessions in the late evenings and on weekend mornings, so therapy can fit into your busy schedule in a manageable and sustainable way.

On the outside, your life might look “perfect” — a prestigious degree, a high paying job, a large friend group, or even a long term relationship. But on the inside, things feel far from it.

You might struggle with constant self-doubt, anxiety about work or relationships, or the feeling that you’re always pushing yourself to do more and be better. Even when things are going well, you question it and are waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Many high-achieving people learn to power through stress and uncertainty. Therapy offers a different space — one where you can slow down, understand the patterns shaping your inner world, and begin building a more secure and compassionate relationship with yourself.

    Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy is a personalized, one-on-one experience where we focus on what matters most to you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, tricky family dynamics, messy situationships, perfectionism, or work stress, I'm here to support you. We’ll meet weekly to address your concerns and find solutions that help you feel better and live more fully.

    Therapy for Teens

I hold a Master’s in Social Work specializing in children, youth, and families. For over five years I’ve worked full-time in NYC public schools supporting adolescents and their parents. I specialize in helping teens navigate anxiety, academic pressure, the college application process, peer relationships, identity exploration, and family dynamics. I bring real-world school-based insight into session to help your teen build resilience, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive both academically and socio-emotionally.
